  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email contact@practicalfaith.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide a clear photo and your order number for a replacement or refund.

• Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products, downloadable content, and personalized items cannot be returned or refunded.

• Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to an error on our part.

• Exchanges
